The Dawn of Salvation
December 10, 2023
In the heart of Jerusalem, a voice resonated, echoing across the valleys and mountains. It was a call of comfort and a proclamation of hope. “Comfort, give comfort to my people,” it declared, speaking to the weary hearts of Jerusalem. The people, burdened by their past and the weight of their sins, listened intently. Their time of servitude had ended, their guilt expiated. From the depths of despair, they heard the promise of redemption – a future where every physical and spiritual barrier would be removed, paving the way for the Lord’s glory to be revealed to all.

In a time of spiritual wandering, the people cried out to the Lord, their hearts heavy with uncertainty and sin. Their hearts had grown cold, their deeds tainted, and they longed for the Lord’s mighty presence to shake the mountains and reveal His awesome power. In their plea, they confessed their transgressions, recognizing themselves as the clay shaped by the Divine Potter, yearning for His guiding hand.
